How to Prepare for a QHHT Session

Summary

A. Prepare a short list of questions, intentions, or wishes. Some examples of topics are: health issues, relationships, career, life’s events, life’s purpose.

B. Sign the Permission to Share Session Information form and share your unique session information anonymously with knowledge seekers.

C. Eliminate or limit caffeine intake the day of your session. The less the better. Refrain from Alcohol 24 hours prior to the session.


D. For the session, find a private comfortable location where you can lay down or lay back.


E. Eat well but light before you come in. The session could last up to 3 or 4 hours. Before we start the actual hypnosis process, you will tell me about yourself and we will go over your questions.
